Welcome to A Safe Place to Heal. I am glad that you are taking the time to seek out more information for your personal concerns and needs. The first steps to this process can often be daunting or overwhelming. I hope that you may find the information you are looking for in the process!

At A Safe Place to Heal, I am dedicated to providing professional services in a manner that is consistent with the Christian faith, rooted in faith, love, and hope. Also, I am culturally sensitive in my approach to therapy and particularly in my understanding of Asian cultures. My aim as a therapist is to provide the highest level of clinical care possible to alleviate emotional pain. I provide a safe, confidential, and comfortable setting where you can speak about yourself, your history, and your relationships. I like to identify your strengths and work with you to gain insight and to create solutions in your therapy process.

I received my Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Communication from University of California, Davis and earned my Masters degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. In addition, I am trained and certificated as a Family Wellness Instructor, where I can provide parenting skills training classes for individuals, schools, and Churches.

I am committed to my work as a therapist and love what I do, so if you are interested, please give me a call to see if you and I will be a right fit.
